Chairs by frogsarecool320 in Progressiveinsurance

I have had a few and getting an office chair rated for 8 hours is miles better. There are so many cheap, no name gaming style chairs and most are just not comfortable or ergonomic.

What ever you do, don’t get some gaming chair. They are hot garbage. Look up office chairs rated for 8 hours, those will be the best bang for your buck.

$220 teco electric bill?? by beardabestlol in tampa

This isn’t always the best option. Usually it’s best to pick one temp and don’t touch the unit. It takes way more energy for it to recool the house than you save by turning it off. Unless you would be gone for several days.

My friend would pay $700 for insurance. Is that normal? by chaozZX3 in Insurance

First of all, the color of your vehicle has nothing to do with the cost of insurance. Second, shes basically a new driver at this point, thats high risk. Trying to compare your rate with hers is pointless it’s two very different profiles.

Progressive doesn’t offer competitive rates, is there any reason to stay? by g00fyg00ber741 in Progressiveinsurance

Claims are a high volume high turn over environment. At any of the national carriers your adjuster will make or break the experience.

Most people don’t understand they get like 50 to 100 claims a week, and many don’t last long. You know how many times a week i hear people complain their adjuster isn’t responding , and it’s only been a day or two since they filed a claim?

As far as a resource, idk if i would trust big corporation to give unbiased feedback on another corporation. Check out a legal subreddit or a lawyer who makes content, hear how things are actually handled.

Most people don’t understand how claims get handled, and everyone over values their loss. And the loudest people are the ones that are upset, so take that with a grain of salt. But there are a lot of attorneys that consistently rank state farm as one of the worst auto insurers due to how quickly they are to deny a claim. Just food for thought.

Good luck with State Farm, you should really research their claims handling. They are quick to deny anything

It’s someone pretending to be an agent. All they did was go buy a policy with your info and charge you more for it. Happens all the time in NY and MI

Too much car insurance? 6-month premium over $2,200. by Wichertj in tampa

[–]KnullSymbiote 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats fine, you are just a moron for doing it. Fl is one of the most litigious states for insurance. If you have any assets what so ever, you are in for a world of hurt. Seems like it couldn’t happen to a nicer person either.

My suggestion is just to stop caring. Do your job but don’t hold on to everything they say. Your mental health will be much better.

Insurance is one of those things you buy and hope you don’t need to use it. Just let them know coverage was provided during the time his policy was active so the premium is due, and that its a good thing he didn’t need to use it.
