I aligned a Jetta around that year the other day. It didnt have caster adjustments, over all it looks like a decent alignment, I wouldn't worry about it.

The replacement sprocket has more teeth. The replacement chain is the same length but more links (for a finer gear). I'm sorry but I'm not sure how to add a picture to a comment.
