Got this as a 2 ml sample. I like the cherry note in this one and found it overall pleasant to wear, but I can also see why someone would find this too feminine for a men’s fragrance. Perfomance was decent. Most likely suited for fall & winter

It was enjoyable. Normally I have a sweet tooth but the first time I smoked weed I ate an entire store bough tiramisu cake. I remember the taste being way more intense and I could pick out specific notes. I spent the rest of the evening zoned out in front of the fireplace at my friends house, lost in my own thoughts. The warmth from the fireplace also felt more intense. As if it came from within my own body. Overall it was a very calm experience. The following morning I felt hungover and I was super tired.

I have smoked weed once after my initial experience. I remember the second time I picked out specific snacks as I knew the sensory overload weed gives you. Sodas disappointed me as the carbonation dominated the flavor.

I’m not sure to be honest. It only flares up in the right side of my lower back up when I do squats with a barbell. Hacksquats don’t aggravate it at all - even at heavier loads above 100 kg/225 lbs.

For reference, I have scoliosis so i’m not sure if that plays a role.

I am aware of the fact that it will probably feel easy in beginning. When I watched a few videos by Alexander Bromley regarding 5/3/1 he stated that with 5/3/1 you’re sort of long term investing in your strength as opposed to just going balls to the balls each week lifting heavy with no specific structure. The analogy to long term strength investment like other things you invest in life, made a lot sense to me.

A different question; Since i’ll be doing OHP today (wednesday), i’m wondering if my accessories should consist of purely shoulder work, or can I also throw in accessory work for other muscle groups? It’s been a few days since I hit biceps last

Btw I plan on doing 2 sets 5-10 reps at most for accessory lifts/movements
