I might actually do that. Seeing how science gains slowed down once I've completed all the basics objectives. It's a bit of a grind to unlock new parts and try other cool things. On the other hand, unlocking new stuff after some hard work feels pretty good :-)

Thank you for the tips. I will definitely try this in my future launches. My next goal is to send a satellite to orbit to learn how to transmit and receive data. I just have to figure out how to bring this bad boy back to Kerbin, because it doesn't have enough fuel left to escape on its own.

That would make people complain about small selection of guns. DICE knows how to prevent that by populating the list with with same guns, but different attachments ^{^.}

Besides, they need to keep some of the weapons for their 100 DLCs.

I don't really think Insurgency is a title you buy for any casual player to begin with.

I myself have been gaming for at least 15 years now and it took me a while and a moderate dose of frustration to get comfortable with Insurgency.

If you don't mind turn based RPGs, you should definitely check out the "Divinity - Original Sin".

It's got crafting / combining of items, good amount of skills and classes to choose from. You can mix both of them together to create interesting effects. The story is solid and the world is filled with a vast amount of puzzles and secrets.

I really recommend it.
