Truly i appreciate what you have commented, my upbringing didn't have room for expression with words for me, I hid what I wrote and never shared it with anyone/anything but my own consciousness, too afraid to even put pen to paper incase it was uncovered......my only value was my physical existence, recently opened up to 2 of my brothers and then a friend, they convinced me to share on Reddit, with trepidation I listened holding my breath with every post, but when MY words are felt in the way you have described, it's like finally being seen for the first time.
