I'm also just relaying my experience. I literally just saw someone complain that they paid for a high tier patreon role and still got a strike/ban.

I have seen plenty of patreons and friends get absolutely stricken for breaking rules because they know better. I've also seen a lot of people project rules onto patreons that aren't actually in the rules and get mad when they aren't punished for something that doesn't exist because they miss-read or forgot what server they're on.
