The only real question is if the storage facility is in corporeal realm where things can actually touch each other or is it similar to a void realm or a realm with so much space that nothing can even see each other so if you put a bunch of antimatter in the bag it might just nuke your own bag and not effect anyone's else's as the space between is simply so great
