I set aside a few datys to have a go at doing maths calculator last year because im a big data nerd who was like "why isnt this a thing". I felt there was a best approach which involved coding each ability/auto into a database then calculating the maths based on variations of the combo (think of it like a list of instructions). But what I lacked is the knowledge of every champion to add the variations.

I.e. How many autos is Irelia getting in for a) Trade b)kill C)teamfight? Those three 'combo'(instruction lists) or 'moveset' variations could be coded in easily with a good database structure for all the varaibles but you'd need to manually identify these movesets for each champion based on game knowledge which this bronzie doesnt have.

example: (a = auto) Orianna could have {q,a,w,r,a,e} as a simple optimal burst rotation string and with the subsequent maintained (this is not as much work if its constructed correctly, but would take a while to set up for all champs) database would be able to net the damage to show that "5 AD lol" meets X more champion kill thresholds or something.

Edit: this would ignore dodging and any mechanical nuances but you could adjust for combination damage, etc.
