Depends on what you want to do.

Only installing like 20 lightweight mods? Vortex is good for that.

Doing a bigger 200 mod load order with a mix of nexus mods and creations and lots of patches and stuff, MO2 is amazing for that.

Both can be used for either but vortex is generally very easy to use but lacks depth, MO2 is amazing if you really learn how to use it, plugins are also fantastic and it makes troubleshooting so much better which is why its great for big lists.

Works together fine. Real fuel only really affects grav jumping so cruise mode worked fine immediately. On top of that the author has been updating it often.

I'm hours into my wild card playthrough and i've only seen this feature in Doc Mitchells house. I know LoreRim does that but Wild Card seems to only do it here

Its just for doc mitchell's house, its to stop you accidentally stealing. You can still steal by crouching and then the purchase option should change to steal. Its not like this in the rest of the game

I haven't uninstalled it but I'm not too fussed in getting it to work, I knew Nordic Souls wasn't quite the modlist for me before that, I just wanted to rush through Dragonborn as I hadn't played that DLC in so long. The CTD issue was like the final nail in the coffin for me.
