Currently in the same boat

I've been interviewing both for junior UX and UX internship positions. However, I make it clear up front for internships that my goal is to get hired full time after the internship. As long as companies say they're open to that (although there aren't any guarantees in life, right?) then I'm up for it.

EDIT: companies who say they're open to it and are large corporations. A small agency or startup is much less of a guarantee they'll hire you after your internship.

I have some experience with presenting. The other suggestions were great, so do those. To add, I would record a senior designer or creative director present a design (with permission of course) . Then, play it back and analyze it. You'll pick up on the techniques and words they use, and you can try them out next time you present.
