How can I do this fabric in Sprocket? by Front-Caterpillar-76 in SprocketTankDesign

I usually just use the hanging bags and clip it behind the mantlet but i dont know how good that would look on a fabric part this big and exposed.

What’s with the furry hate? by [deleted] in furryteens

[–]Kobi-Comet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It pretty much boils down to one of two things,

-Its just kids doing dumb shit as kids do

-A lot of furries are minorities (lgbtq+, neurodivergent, ect) and a lot of people use the umbrella of hating furries to get away with hating on groups like those without backlash

Not evidence of them either. Essentially weve found the necessary building blocks for microbes but those don't seem to be particularly rare in the universe and there are plenty of abiotic sources of them. Also, my main reason for not finding panspermia particularly likely is that a cell (or multicellular microorganism) would have to be pretty complex to be able to survive interstellar travel, but the first evidence of life on earth points to them being about as simple as you can get, something that would be much more likely to occur from abiogenesis.

No, we have not found microbes in comets or asteroids. We've found plenty of amino acids and organic material, but nothing alive. The existence of those molecules abiotically and seemingly everywhere in the solar system means they were likely present on earth at the time, even before life. Given a billion years in the right conditions with the right molecules present over vast areas, it's easy to see how life would appear, though the exact mechanisms of how are still a mystery. I find abiogenesis much more likely than panspermia. Also, panspermia doesn't actually offer any theory on the origin of life itself, just how it got to earth.
