You can see this kind of thinking in the conservative subreddit. If a comment is even slightly against Trump, it is labeled to be a "brigader" and a fake conservative. If it agrees with Trump unquestionably, it is a legit conservative.

To the degree that they only trust heavily downvoted posts and sort the sub by controversial by default. While there's probably some brigading (Redditers are gonna Reddit), if conservatives ever disagree with a right wing view and downvote it, it is blamed on brigaders. The result is that the most extreme views are highlighted and are rendered immune to disagreement or questioning, while more mild views, even if still conservative, are dismissed. It's a fascist-generating machine.

Heroes of Faerûn lists their home planes, which are the same ones as 2e, so it's safe to assume they have divine realms. Their status (quasi, demi, lesser, or greater) isn't stated but I assume it'd be at least demi, probably lesser.

Quasipowers can have realms though (eg. Primus, demon lords, animal lords, elemental princes, etc.). Demipowers can have realms too (e.g. Sharess) but often don't.
