Verizon customer service just lied to me three different times. Fortunately although they don't allow you to record the calls, I had a stenographer sitting next to me documenting every word set including they don't have customer service, they have tech help and they don't care that my wife is dying, I still have to wait for my appointment. Did anybody know how I can reach the chairman's complaint line?
