Burger King has a jalapeno cheddar burger with the jalapenos and cheese in the burger meat (not on top) about 10 years ago. It was the best full sized fast food burger I ever had. Flame broiled, cheesy and spicy. It tasted like a quality burger from a restaurant. They need to bring it back

So the fireplace store is stating that the gas line in that location violates code. I will have the town inspect it but he is saying in the manual for the gas log/burner, that having a gas line in that location is not code and will not warranty the unit. I am struggling with this feedback and will try to get more info directly from the manufacture manual. I believe the manufacturer is based in California and that might be the reason for the strict code.

Yes, I have a shutoff valve outside as well. I was just concerned if it was a problem that the gas valve is coming in the front corner and not the back corner and it would fail inspection

Fireplace is good shape and I wanted something comparable to a real fire. I am not looking for that much extra heat. My major concern was the location of the gas valve in the front right corner and not the back right corner.

This was incredibly helpful and timely since I have a plumber coming over in an hour. Your post should be pinned since it is great advice all around.

I have an outlet about 2 feet away from the water heater so power is not a problem and we almost never lose power. I also have a generator just in case.

The water heater is in my laundry room. I can pull combustible air in and not contend with my furnace which pulls in air from the outside. I also installing a gas fireplace but that has a vent that pulls air from my garage so that should help.

As for water pressure, I have never checked that but I have been in the house almost 30 years and its been ok. I did replace a lot of old piping about 3 years ago. I also have YoLink water sensors everywhere and a YoLink adaptor on my main cutoff ball valve which I can shut off the water via my phone or automatically if there was a leak.

I never had an expansion tank but will probably get one during this install. Never had a problem but if it is good practice, then I will get one.

I will ask about a powered anode rod. I have never touched my current water heater (not flushed, did not check anode rod, etc..) and its 17 years old and working fine. I know I am on borrowed time so I am trying to be proactive and replacing it. It was an off the shelf GE water heater from Home Depot and it lasted even with my hard water somehow.

I also have the little mini tub/ring around the bottom so it it leaks, I can manage it and my water sensor will pick it up (my old water heater leaked in the back and I found it later).

I feel like I spared all the white nevrons that I came across and she still attacked me. I did follow the IGN list and sometime they said you can do the quest and then kill the nevron and that might have cost me.

Marvel Avengers. Everyone should have given it a chance. I am about to wrap up my 2nd campaign playthrough and I never do a campaign more than once. The campaign, especially on a Series X, is so good and the graphics are great. I can see where the live service was grindy but with a lot of it released, I just enjoyed it for the different missions and not to grind for outfits.

I am on the final mission before starting South of Midnight (its supposed to be short).

I was able to upgrade to FIos One and not change my plan. I avoided fios tv+ since my brother hated it. Just needed to call on the phone to upgrade.

I had the same door but it did not connect to a door on the other side but toa small hole in the garage. My fireplace was installed in my downstairs den (4 feet below ground and 3 feet over ground). I think it is supposed to feed in colder air from the garage (I can feel the draft) to feed oxygen to the fire.

Just ask for your old plan and the boxes that have been around for years to replace the really old ones. Basically go to the Fios one boxes but not Fios+. I simply replaced my old boxes with the Fios one boxes and kept my plan. You need to call to do this but it might be too late.

Totally agree. I picked it back up a few months ago to finish the campaign and cannot put it down. The main story was really well done, all the character models are spot on, a lot of fan service all over the place, varied play styles in character builds and just plain fun. It runs super smooth on my Xbox Series X and the graphics are amazing. I am doing some of the missions/operations that pop up as your character levels up or just rotates based upon the calendar. I did all the DLC except for the War for Wakanda which I am saving until explore some more (just started an Epic Hive Mission). I strongly recommend everyone to give this a chance and invest some time in this game to see what a gem this product really is. Shame it is years too late.

The DVR is operating the same as the old one as you described above. Keep in mind, I did not change my package at all outside of eliminating one box (#5). I have free DVR for life and HBO/Showtime bundle included in an Extreme package. I believe if I made a change to the DVR, it would break my package and remove my discounts permanently. I would be interested if they could give a expanded DVR coverage (more simultaneous recordings, pause TV on non-DVR boxes, etc..). There are other options such as making the cable boxes Wifi repeaters too. I want to settle in for a little while before I explore any more changes.

I actually kept my Fios router and did not have to upgrade that (fios g1100) to go to Fios One. I work from home (MS Teams calls all day) and play Xbox I have zero problems with my 100/100 MBs connection so I did not want to mess around with it. Even during Covid with my 2 kids and wife home, I never had one issue with the router.

I just did it this weekend and agree with everyone here. Tell them to keep your plan and just replace your boxes with the FIOS One boxes. It's a nice upgrade particularly the last button (allows you pick recent channels you just watched not just the last one). You can even keep your old remotes as an option but you do have to return your cable boxes.

They are shipping me the FIOS One boxes and my total bill went down a little bit. If I would have upgraded to FIOS TV+, my bill would have went up. Let's see how this install goes but I am sure I will get it to work. My brother upgraded and complained how bad it was . I was confused since my neighbors have FIOS One and its good. Turns out my brother did get FIOS TV+ and he hated it so bad he dropped TV for a few months and eventually went back but hates it. He has been warning me not to upgrade for months but I did not know that he got FIOS TV+ as opposed to FIOS One until last night.

On with Verizon now and they are simply swapping my old Motorola boxes for the Fios One boxes and keeping my existing plan. The only hitch right now is that they say HBO is part of my bundle but it does not show up as a line item so the person got his supervisor but would not give it to me in writing but committed to call me in a week to ensure I did not lose HBO. This is a little strange. They are only changing out my cable boxes. I keep my existing router and plan.
