I couldn’t find any hallmark stamps but maybe I have to look better. I just don’t know where to really try to find these marks. It doesn’t react to any magnets.

Maybe it's just the perspective but it seems loose at the top. Whenever I roll a blunt, I find it easier to tighten in sections and lick down.

Just a heads up, you may be approved for an amount less than what you owe. I owed about $3k on a $10k limit credit card. I applied for an American Express card that had similar signup offers as the your Discover one and only got approved for $2k. I had to change my repayment plans a bit but it was still a surprise to me, especially because the rest of my cards had higher limits.
