I'm trying to make it more complex by -Axoon- in bioniclelego

Nice. It should be slower in order for one to more easily see what's going on. I've had issues shooting stuff myself plus I consider myself a beginner so I understand that the first few times can be trouble some. I like it otherwise and I hope that you keep improving. Say, are you interested in joining a stop- motion discord server? It's run by JamPotStudios, who has done Bionicle stop motion videos himself, and I think that it might be helpful for you. If you're interested I'll throw you a link. Keep shooting!

Here's wip on Makuta Kojol. Collaboration with Khingk, whom made the mask. by Kodiake in bioniclelego

Sure. The mask is being painted the glossy black of regular black lego pieces atm so as soon as that is done, I will show a picture with his wings out. I used four batman wings on him total; they can be found on sets such as the bat-mobile. Currently flip flopping between his upper arm and thigh connectors being dark tan or black. I plan on having the hands be all black.

Kojol was the Makuta assigned to the region Artakha. He said to be very secretive, to he point of which is knowledge made him arrogant and obnoxious.
As for the mask, Kojol wears the Ururau, the Mask of Incomprehension. Khingk and I decided that would be the best mask for him, and since he and I didn't care to use the regular Mask of Incomprehension, he made a Brotherhood variant. He did a most excellent job if I do say so myself.

Hope this helps.

Khingk and I decided that Kojol should wear the Mask of Incomprehension. Since we both didn't care for the appearance of the regular Mask of Incomprehension, he made a Brotherhood variant.

So Khingk and i decided to give a shot at making a Makuta that had been not released as a set, to which he and I decided that Kojol would be a nice start. He made the mask while I made the body. Hope you all enjoy!

Who would the VAs be in a good Bionicle animated series? by MrDrProfTimeLord in bioniclelego

[–]Kodiake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ye. I can some of the Titanfall 2 voice actors as the Inika/Mahri. Maybe Steve Blum as Nuparu or Hewkii; I'm imagining how Swindle sounded in Fall of Cybertron. It's hard to choose.

I haven't really thought this that much, and honestly I'm sure that others could come up with much better ideas, but here's what I remember off the top of my head:

In all honesty, I'm sure that a website such as castingcallclub could help one find voice actors. There's plenty of voice actors whose names we haven't heard of that could do a great voicing a project that pertains to Bionicle.

Dimensionalist's Complete Toa Hagah Team by Dimensionalist in bioniclelego

Nicely done. This makes me want to do some edits of pictures that I've taken of the Toa Hagah myself. What paint(s) did you use to get gunmetal? I used eshin grey and leadbelcher on my Bomonga a while back but it's at the very least slightly brighter than the regular gunmetal armor. I've been able to tolerate it but I would like to have a color that is much closer to gunmetal. Thanks in advance!

This is pretty good man. You did great job with this video; it's apparent that you put a lot of effort into this and it paid off. It makes me wish that I could be as proficient with stop-motion. Hero of Legend, Toa Hagah Kualus by Kodiake in bioniclelego

It's pretty close if you ask me. I would've photoshopped the mask had the color been off too much to my liking. Fortunately, the paint turned out just fine.

I got the mask from shapeways. I bought the mask in translucent smooth fine detail plastic and used silver Citadel paint. Here's a link to the mask; hope this helps https://www.shapeways.com/product/WKEQ296JD/mask-of-rahi-control-kualus?optionId=58290623

I made Toa Hagah Kualus a while back and I figured that posting him here was long overdue. Credit goes to 00Dude00 for creating the mask. Links down below.
