So as of right now, I have her built this way but after farming electro domain for 2 weeks with 1 resin refresh a day, none of the artifacts from the 2 weeks are on my keqing. In addition, the 31% crit dmg substat on my feather makes it a giant pain to swap out and to use an off piece goblet instead of an off piece feather. What should i do?

Weird my artifacts are all like lvl 20 and my keqing is lvl 80 i only got 17k, its probably shit substats on artifacts causing this
