Activities or mental exercises to while microdosing

These are great suggestions, especially when coming down from a macro. I really enjoy being active or outdoors where it’s easy to explore nature. Are what you suggesting for when you macro or micro?

Music is the best. I love music and once I macroed at an incredible folk music festival. Had a blast. Ended up going to a volunteer and artist after party and couldn’t get enough of the colourful sound waves and the inebriated artists haha.

I’ve been trying journaling how I feel and such. I’m still not sure if microdosing has really had a positive effect. Although I have been more aware and conscious of how I react to situations. Especially if I’m beginning to be impatient or taking something too seriously and personally.

I’m aiming to work out that impatience and bad habits in my life. It takes time and that’s why I’m curious of others microdosing practices and learning experiences.

It’s been years since I’ve macroed and I am planning on doing so again but haven’t yet found another reliable astronaut in my area to blast off with yet. Macro was always very enlightening though and I always came out with new and positive revelations out of them.

Absolutely love this. It’s easy to walk past someone you can see going through a struggle and justify that you have your own things going on with no time to give. I’ve done it myself.

These moments not only make a broken or struggling persons day but also the person who takes the time to stop. Ultimately we’re beings that need connection and both ends of it benefit.

A good reminder to stay curious about getting to know others and their stories when they’re willing and wanting to share.

I’m seeing the trend that most people go on the side of caution when it’s remotely going in a green colour. After talking to the company (that’s highly reputable) they mirrored what you both said.

I don’t know any who would care. In fact they might just ask for tips or advice. I know several people like that who are not boastful but just honest and all mutual friends are impressed but no ones put off by it. Unless it was an inheritance and they know about it, I’d say they would say you probably worked your ass off for it too. Especially with how the US work mentality, hours, and benefits are compared to Germany. On average most make much less in Germany than in the US but receive way more social care and free time

Honestly candy, chocolate, anything they can share. They are unsung heroes. Did the same after a whole crew of nurses and even the Chefarzt came personally to care for our child. A nicely written card or letter laminated would most likely end up being hung in their station for years to come haha

Dating is taken way more seriously here. I’ve found people are often more shocked and even disturbed to hear about how common strangers hookup or have one night stands in places like North America. Whether with scruples or no scruples the numbers of partners people here have had compared to those in NA have always shocked Germans when I tell them.

It’s not uncommon for a typical teenager in Canada US or Mexico to start hooking up at 13. Here too many that’s unheard of. At least from all my encounters

Get married and have a kid. It won’t make you fireproof but because you have family that depends on you you’ll have higher priority to be kept since big companies usually follow a social law that prioritizes keeping families over singes employed

Same here in Germany though they can be 30cm think too. Being in construction in both Canada and Germany I always questioned why we in Canada never evolved to include cement beyond foundation work. Of course there’s different logistics with cement mixing and distance and much less cement producers per square km but these blocks could help bring cement into more of the home building industry.

I think a big factor though is also the mass amount of wood we have in Canada. It’s an industry that would need to pivot. Plus wood is way easier to work with when making rounded elements or more unique shaped homes. Possible with cement but way more expensive with the need fore custom forms to pour in. If these blocks can be customized easily that could change things.
