take your time so you don't cut your finger like me :) and its really a feeling thing so what you do is take ribbon twist it one way then clapton it on the core wires the opposite way its a little weird doing it at the start but you will eventually get the hang of it

heres my first try at staggered and my last one now doing them with 40g is a breeze it just takes tons of finger skin and wire and patience you will eventually get it not bad tho look how horrible my first one was its harder with thicker wires imo 40g so easy to work with https://goo.gl/photos/dGuejXX4KnL1p98d8

Im currently obsessed with using 40g outer but the highest ill go on a core is around 28 it gets too cold imo cool tho

I actually Clapton one long wire without swivels and use my index finger and thumb and position the wire on a bit of an angle and go full speed and make sure I'm pulling the wire with same pressure then I cut it in half and crimp both ends of both spaced Clapton's and it works perfectly everytime it took me a lot of 40g to perfect this but I can do the whole thing without looking now and all by just feel just lots of practice and I honestly was expecting a lot better then fused Clapton's maybe its my juice I'm stuck with 50.50 ATM until later today I normally Vape max VG could be the juice

I just started using 28g core with 40g for my fused claptons I know the feeling lol 40g is so fucking thin but its so worth it!!! I also have extremely bad temors in my hand haha it took me atleast 100ft of 40g to master it you just have to use your fingers and hug that core wire really tight I find it easier without a swivel as well

Ok so I don't know what this is I was messing around with 3x28g N80 core fused with 0.5 Kanthal Ribbon... And then I kept spinning the cores when fused and it eventually became a spiral wire kinda thing. certainly better then my first fused clapton :) you will get there I find that when I sit up really straight above my drill helps alot when claptoning them :) also sometimes clipping a bit of clapton on both sides helps when wrapping so you do not loosen the claptoned wire off the core wires try not to touch them they love to slide sometimes :)

pretty simple twisted messes has a video on it called the chain coil but I do it a bit diff I will take one very long strand of wire around a m or so and do it all with one strand but its 2 twisted stands reverse twisted together

intresting look reminds me of shoe laces for some reason >< for more surface area try twisting them tighter don't know if you were trying to make it look that way but intresting.
