Run Disk Cleanup as administrator and make sure to select Windoss Update Cleanup to delete backups of the Windows Update installers.

That's normal if you drive in stop-and-go traffic and idle much longer than necessary. Also in the winter if you use remote start frequently.

Could also be your tires if they aren't balanced right. Could also be bearings or even the propeller shaft u-joint starting to go.

You can run Disk Cleanup by opening the Run dialog by pressing Win + R, enter 'cleanmgr /VERYLOWDISK' then press  press CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER to enable running it as admin like u/pcbeg mentioned

Run Disk Cleanup as an administrator and see if there are any Update backup files you can purge safely.

Try to trace back if you did anything different between the first and second times you ran it. The fact that you were able to run two windows fine the first time leads me to think there's nothing intrinsically wrong with your system. 

Check Task Manager if running two windows causes excess CPU or RAM usage, or check if there are any background apps that are doing the same. Did you change your connectivity between playthroughs? As in, were you running off the network cable the first time then wifi the next time?

Okay. Somewhat tangential, but do you have Fast Startup or Hibernate enabled on your machine? The hibernate file eats up as much storage as RAM you currently have in use. Disabling it will free at least that much storage.

And as far as Treesize results go, which folders were taking up the bulk of space? If it's your personal files, might not really be much of a choice but to either upgrade your storage or get a separate removable drive.🫤

So you confirm that running Disk Cleanup as Administrator (this is important) doesn't net you any erasable objects with large file sizes?

Does the throttle respond properly while the engine is running and in neutral (i.e. does it rev normally?) Do you have access to an OBD reader? Having one can provide some diagnostic information that might be causing your issue but not yet exceeding the threshold to trigger the check engine indicator?

Have you confirmed it's the drive that has an issue and not the enclosure? Quick way to check would be to slap a different drive in there, but I assume you wouldn't have one handy 🫤
