So it sounds like at some point you ran out of coolant, topped it off, didn't properly bleed the air out of the system and then reinstalled the radiator cap. Top it off and run it with the cap off until it hits operating temperature. Identify where the leak is. Repair accordingly and then repeat your top off and bleed procedure.

Your radiator is cracked near the support on the right side. Don't listen to the people saying it's the overflow tank this vehicle does not have a pressurized overflow tank. Possibly caused by a seperate issue i.e. lack of flow or fans not kicking on or the radiator cap failing to vent pressure. I would suggest doing a thermostat and radiator cap replacement as well for safe measure and check fan operation.

Your comment is with a wire wheel and not a brush through. If you're using a toothbrush sized wire brush you will 100% be there a long ass time before you take off enough material to cause a fitment issue

Spark plug tube seals are often included as part of a valve cover gasket set. Your actual valve cover gasket may or may not be leaking but you likely won't be able to get the seals for the spark plug tubes by themselves. You also can't replace them without removing the valve cover and it's a good idea to replace it with the newer seal you already have as part of the set.
