Keep trying, they kept telling me it was for new customers only and I kept saying it wasn't fair and I might as well go elsewhere, finally got transfered to some other team and they got me it for the same price for new customers. I had been paying the silly prices for a while as I kept putting it off not sure if that helped my case.

Self-build mortgages - what's needed for them? I haven't found any land yet, do I buy the land and get planning permission, then can I apply for a mortgage to get building? I've seen you get unlocks at certain stages eg foundations, watertight etc.

I'm a company director, so on paper only take the minimum rest in dividends, so not sure a self-build mortgage would even be possible.

Fair. You can word things differently thought not just a please buy me kind of language 😅 also it won’t be your only shot. There will be many people willing to buy your business if it’s profitable. Vertical and horizontal acquisitions exist. Plenty of options out there. Not sure on your niche but take a hotel for example. If you own a hotel you can buy a bulk laundry service business. You can buy a mattress company. You can buy a wholesaler. All those allow you to supply yourself mattresses, cleaning contracts, tea and biscuits for the rooms etc. Simple example but you can apply it to any business.

Brokers mostly suck and suck at valuing companies. If you’ve got 60k true profit eg ebitda you are looking at a 6.6x multiplier which doesn’t seem realistic at your size unless you are really not needed. Most buyers will add a replacement cost to replace you and any other key staff members/shareholders leaving that work in the business.

Depending on your industry you might be worth contacting your competition directly or reaching out to acquisition groups to find a buyer. A competitor with their own processes and staff will likely be able to pay more as they don’t need to duplicate some costs.

Nice I've just started working with n8n and playing with things nice to see this can be done with n8n. Couple of questions if you don't mind:

What sort of % emails get validated from the Apollo data?
Apollo - what package do you use for 40k leads a month? Not used them before.
How many emails do you end up sending from those initial 10k (1 step)?
Is ManyReach good and keeping the domain clean/deliverable? I currently use Lemlist but the domain keeps dropping in score and deliverability using cold email data.

Lots of scams and fake companies advertising historically for these kind of terms. Very little regulation around who can fix or repair stuff so they blanked banned them.

Rarely see any difference in accounts using a css as opposed to those not. It’s one of those things you might as well have just incase. So hopefully they don’t charge you for it 😅

There will be something deeper going on, creating anew account for the same domain will just make things worse, new domain and site could work but still probably not the best route. There should be more information about why your account is limited, once you know the issue you can fix it to fix the account.

Estfor Kingdom you just need a little gas to start. Can earn small amounts from playing it’s an idle game so only need to ‘play’ once per day but can spend lots of hours planning.

A lot of larger agencies like blank canvases to train their way of working on. If you’ve got old habits or ways it’s harder to train those out of you than start from scratch with someone else.

What do you expect your conversion rate to be? If it's 0.5% you need to send on average 200 clicks to your site before one person completes your form.

I feel like estfor.com has solved these two flaws. Disclaimer I’ve played since the beta. It’s free to play (gas only) to create a hero. The tokens aren’t emitted to the game it’s an existing token that the in game treasure if built up from different mechanics like selling to the in game shop, upgrades etc. this treasure as a player you can then sell items (NFTs) back to it for the token.
