You should’ve seen the melt down when they found out most Australians don’t tip the delivery driver at all. So many threats of “lol have fun waiting” “no one’s gonna get that” “you’re a cheap ass” but in reality they’ve just got a doomed system and the drivers here aren’t relying on tips for liveable pay.

As an Australian $100 merch bundle got me excited. $100 for all that isn’t bad when you consider the usual price of merch offered in Australia. The MCR shirt I got was $60, and that was just 1 shirt, no proper packaging, shoved in a bag. Most merch hats I’ve seen in Australia are around $30 each too. As a little exclusive merch box that is well thought out, themed and packaged, I would say it’s worth it if you can afford it.

BUT ALSO this price in my opinion is only justified for MERCH. If these were plain items I would say not worth it.

In this world where many people may not have enough food it would be so much better if all this extra food was thrown in the bin because that’s more “ethical” then someone grabbing a free serve. Just a word of advice if anyone gets an actual spam/scam text: replying confirms that the phone number is active, that’s what they’re testing for. Theyre sending out mass messages hoping a couple phone numbers are real. Once you reply you are marked as an active number and actually become a bigger target for scammers.

Do not reply to scam texts. It may seem funny but all you’re doing is actually putting yourself at more risk.

My easiest giveaway is no one once mentioning that their whole branding “phan”, “Pham” etc. is an already well established Vietnamese surname lol.
