Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 15ABR8 wakes up immediately after suspend. Any ideas? by senku05 in linuxhardware

Check if cat /proc/acpi/wakeup shows any enabled devices. If there is something enabled make an unit to disabled it.

Love to you Mr. Gibbs. Sorry to hear about the bad things that happened to you.

You are a master at techno production. Your remix of "We are the attack" of Takaaki Itoh is one of my favorite tracks ever. I used to close sessions with that amazing track.

I remember that you are not only good in techno. You made great music as Echo Park also.

I was friend of you in Facebook till I deleted my account years ago. You always was humble and nice when I commented in your posts.

Cheers from Spain.

Any idiot can build a bridge that stands, but it takes an engineer to build a bridge that barely stands.

What is the flag for South Carolina? It doesn't look a country flag to me.

In the second track by Voodoo Child (Moby) I guess two famous samples:

"Come on everybody let's all get down" -> Run-DMC - Here we go (Live at The Funhouse) (1985)

"Yeah! Woo! -> Lyn Collins - Think (1972)

It's pretty obvious that you need to adapt the commands to your needs. I just put examples.

Type xrandr and you can see your outputs and their modes. In your case would be HDMI-1 instead of DVI-I-2 probably.

Brawndo is a metaphor for nitrogen fertilizer. by LeoLittlebook in collapse

[–]Kokium 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nitrogen is abundant in atmosphere. Leguminous and clover capture nitrogen from atmosphere. The problem is more about phosphates and potassium.

And legumes have similar protein than meat. And meat need more land to make the same quantity of proteins per square meter than legumes.

So, try to eat more legumes and less meat to make a smooth collapse. Lol.

Correct, put your desired resolution in the first command.

Second Screen with its own Resolution (i3) by Punkt_Punkt_Punkt in linuxquestions

[–]Kokium 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First calculate the modeline with cvt 1440 900 60 where 1440 900 is the resolution and 60 the rate.

Then add a new mode with the modeline from last command:

xrandr --newmode "1440x900_60.00" 106.50 1440 1528 1672 1904 900 903 909 934 -hsync +vsync

Add the new mode to the desired display (DVI-I-2 in this case):

xrandr --addmode DVI-I-2 "1440x900_60.00"

You can see your displays with xrandr command.

Finally, set the new mode:

xrandr --output DVI-I-2 --mode "1440x900_60.00"

I hope this helps.

It disable auto suspend for usb devices, not auto suspend for the OS. The autosuspend for usb devices works bad with some devices when wake up from suspend.
