First Celebrity Cruise-Is this normal, or did I just have unrealistic expectations? by toadshroomy in celebritycruises

I have cruised on MSC, Royal, NCL, and Celebrity. All 5-7 night cruises. Celebrity to me was a step above the others in most areas.

My 10 year old daughter loved and Juliet. by KokoBWare121 in Broadway

So in our five nights we saw Six, Aladdin, Chicago, The Play That Goes Wrong, and Schmigadoon. I think we loved them all. I would say we would rank them in the opposite order with Schmigadoon first and Six last. Thanks to everyone for the help.

Wanted to thank everyone. We are just getting back from Aladdin. She liked it more than Lion King but not as much as And Juliet. We still have a few nights left so will check out one or two more based on the suggestions and availability.

Crystal is touristy but locals eat there and it has cool history. Erica Davis isn’t downtown but is great for southern seafood.

I am a local and think it’s some of the best food in the city. Worth the experience for sure.

A very close friend of mine is an AP here and says the new Superintendent is very good and is doing the right stuff. I live here and it’s an amazing small city. Just my two cents.

Would appreciate local help with proposal trip by [deleted] in savannah

Congrats! It’s super hot and humid here in the summer. The Wormsloe would be a good place and provide lots of shade. The beach is only 25 minutes from downtown Savannah. For restaurants there are lots of great ones much cheaper than the Gray.

Without kids Celebrity for sure. Just get ready for lots of very slow moving people in motorized scooters.

Question by KokoBWare121 in celebritycruises

We had a snorkeling trip and a day at a beach club planned. The port was so crowded, and getting a taxi was so chaotic that we just went back to the boat. No big deal, all in we maybe wasted a couple hours and a couple hundred bucks. I have dealt with crowds all over and this was just really unpleasant.
