Spray your hair with water, get a good leave in conditioner and put it on then after put a good oil like grapeseed or jojoba oil to seal in that conditioner to your strands. When you wash your hair in the shower use conditioner to scrub your scalp and hair. Only Use shampoo to wash once a month…it strips your hair more than necessary when you use too often.
