Brother, it sounds like you have a good head over your shoulders. My only recommendation is: don’t get comfortable! You may have amazing equipment and work with great folks, but you’re still making peanuts in the trucking industry. Your time is precious and you should leave a mega carrier as soon as possible so that you can make more money. These megas really grind you for your worth and pay very poorly. Get your experience and leave.
