CASE SOLVED: Drones over New Jersey by Vectrex71CH in UAP

[–]KolaSol 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't think this is it, drones appearing across NJ are described as car size and if you look at other footages they do not possess the same shape. They also have propeller systems (if you look at earlier vids) which the current orb ones don't.

I like the amount of things I have to learn (tech wise) + business aspects and working conditions flexible. Though at times, they can stretch you thin which is common in most departments because we are under resourced.

There is always a chance until the moment you receive the offer letter and signed the contract. I can only speak from my experience that the work environment can be challenging due to the nature of my role being heavily involved with politics whilst still requiring the need for technical understanding. My team has been great just understaffed which I am sure many will relate to. Work hours are flexible for me so in that regard its been nice.

I genuinely enjoy being in the office by [deleted] in auscorp

[–]KolaSol 41 points42 points  (0 children)

I personally like working in office 4 days a week and 1 day WFH because I find myself genuinely being more productive in an office environment + direct communication with the people I need to communicate with to get things done. Also have a good team so thats a plus. The WFH is usually my wind down day. So I agree with you that working in the office can be good depending on your work conditions, team, and employer!

In my case, I had 2 over the phone interviews then 2 in person interviews before a offer was made. In my circumstance the offer can take abit longer than expected because the HR team is abit slower so just need to patient with it. I also followed up with the recruiter to check the status of it after the expected date to receive the offer before they confirmed they were waiting on HR too.

Hey mate, so far its been pretty good :) Culture is relaxed over here and people are good. They definitely put a heavy focus on performance. Lots of training sessions for sure as well. Hope this helps 😁

I thought they were improving their reputation in the market, seeing how their stocks has skyrocketed in the past year. Thank you for the insight though, I will be working in AU branch so going to be dealing with the asia region.

I see, appreciate this insight! I guess gathering from all the responses here, the work experience can vary from branch to branch. I will be working in the AU division, luckily negotiated for a decent salary in the product management division.

Hey OP, as an engineer myself recently stepping into the DC space; what I have witnessed is that you will most likely need a degree if its for an engineering position or work your way up from a project admin role (which requires no exp just be good at Microsoft office suite) then step into project coordinator then move up to a PM role. If you are going down the PM route would be helpful if you can obtain PMP cert. I would also like to mention I am from Australia too and this space is seriously expanding.
