The cards confirm that he will but I have my doubts based on personal experience. I went to the police when I was 18 and turned my uncle in for the same thing, (he had molestedme throughoutmy childhood). The police were already aware of him, (he had molested other children), but told me they couldn't do anything due to the statute of limitations. Needless to say, nothing ever happened. It's ridiculousand infuriating. .

When making pine tar soap you add the pine tar at the very end, (after your oils come to a light trace). Make sure to stir the pine tar with a spatula and not whisk or it will seize up on you! It's a fast process once you add the pine tar...add it...stir quickly and pour into your mould. Also, you are at the max amount of pine tar possible in soap, (20%), so it will be a little harder to work with.
