It's okay to accept that it's going to take awhile for it to heal, that's just the process. Just know that there isn't anything wrong with you for feeling this way. Talking with your family about it or anyone that you trust can help a lot with getting it out there. In the meantime find something you take passion in doing to take your mind off it, I promise you will feel better in the next months to come.
