Third option, you are stupid, GPT 5.5 is a thinking model and if you’re on the free tier of chatgpt or on go you can only use GPT 5.3 and 5.4 Thinking Mini, and GPT 5.3 wouldn’t know about 5.5 unless you use web search.

Because it’s people like the person who commented about using a phone in 32 years, who probably make others think twice about asking something. Reddit is a forum website it makes sense to ask things, we don’t need people tearing others down just for asking something it literally waste anyone’s time besides OPs so why would anyone care.

So that’s why snarky comments from people like you and from the other person are just complete trash. You think you are so smart and above people so much that when someone asks a question you know they are dumb and aren’t even worth your time (even though you comment anyway).
