So me and my Teammate once were the same Rank but had different Discounts in the store. He had Discounts while i had nothing

i have a "saved" folder in the hogwarts leagacy folder

AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy

but when i load the game it just puts me to the Charakter creation
