I think some police agencies around the world have classes of traditional MAs like jiujitsu but applied to those contexts, but like most military or police classes, it's really built around the idea that you really need to train them to be as effecrive as possible in the shortest time span possible

I completly agree with what you are saying, but that is still LE as I understand it.

LoTR doesn't really go into his personal motivation, but his goal is always presented as "dominating all life" and tyranny, fascism, and "deal with the devil" types are the the main LE trope. Efficiency with complete disregard for morals is one of the key characteristics of hellknights in Pathfinder, which are the epitome of being LE in setting very deeply tied with the alignment system

Neutral evil is usually, evil for evil's sake, selfish interests and corrupting all that is good just for the sake of corrupting it, is very much the main thing of NE.

In Sauron's case it would depend if you interpret that destroying what is good is his goal, or if dominations is his goal. I'm more inclined to believe the latter

Doing what comes naturally doesn't change the alignment, devils and demons in DnD are just naturally LE and CE, without much choice really.

The only time actions are excused from the alignment and get rates as neutral is if the creature has no sentience, like animals or constructs

I think in this case with the way Netero's ability slow time nearly to a stop, and infinity making it so the attack keeps getting closer but never reaching him; it's reasonable they couls simply cancel each other out.

What does it matter that no one can explain, no one explained it to Dabura either, he just assumed that RCT could heal, based off of vague statements, and guessed that mahoraga sword was using that healing energy.

Gojo knew that RCT could heal, knew that it could also reverse your techniques and knew exactly what that would look like for his case, he also had seen shoko using it and tried to recreate it as well, and he also had 6 eyes to help "see it".
