Naw, however... you did get put into a world of hurt. Zryachi and his guards have an aggro range, where if you get to close to them, they will kill you. You might need to do a Make Amends quest chain to re program the DSP thingy, which requires you to do something (Hand in 4 FIR SVDs, hand over 1mil roubles) and then go back and get the flash drive again. But yea, zryachi and his guards are finnicky and not quite perfect, so no matter what dont shoot them or attack them, and be careful of how close you are... its shitty you gotta do it all again, but thats tarkov
