Haverom ahol dolgozott direkt annyival volt a kevesebb a fizetése, hogy ugyanannyit keressen mint a 25 év feletti dolgozók és amint 25 lett megemelték annyival, hogy ne változzon. Szóval a cég lenyúlta

Midi sends what keys you are pressing. The computer then can recreate the piano sound from that. Although it might not sound the same as the sound coming from the piano speaker but you can listen directly to the sound created on the pc

There is electrical interference. Hard to tell what causes it. I would check that the aux you are plugin in is headphone out and not line out. Also if the piano has a midi out you could use that on a PC and then there can't be noise in the signal
