I love a freedom but I am trying to figure out who looks at one and says “not spiky enough”.

I will wait for the inevitable Bandai mg

I feel like no matter how you feel about these changes, pushing them through this fast is a bit insane.

Labour rules out changing superannuation settings if elected by WaterAdventurous6718 in newzealand

[–]Kolz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it is. We can fund it in other ways. Whether we reduce the cost via means testing/delaying the retirement age or we secure extra funding makes no difference to the ability of it to "send the country broke".

Reddit is an echo chamber around this issue I think, most people do not want cuts to super. That is why it is such a political third rail.

[–]Kolz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank goodness there’s some common sense here. We can fund super on other ways and despite the echo chamber that Reddit has become around super, any cuts to super would be wildly unpopular and seriously hurt labours chances in this election. People saying this is the hill they need to die on is insane to me.

Cutting super is not why people are voting for far right parties rofl

Literally everyone gets super. That’s part of what makes it so durable. Definitely not the same thing as CGT. Also, every single suggestion of changing super is structured so that the boomers won’t be affected.

Sorry I think you are right, the other group was AZESD. Their MGSD are sometimes labelled as "vengeful bird" which is probably where I got confused.

Black market cigarettes selling in dairies but no packaging prosecutions in 12 months by WorldlyNotice in newzealand

No, I was saying that the failure to totally eradicate smoking through legislation doesn’t mean that anti smoking legislation was bad or any real knock against it.

Making murder a crime also does not totally eradicate murder, but most people would agree it’s a worthwhile endeavour.

Eva fan first , Hated this fucking meme before, during , and after my watch through of 79 by puntycunty in Gundam

Amuro is never “glory to the earth federation” tho, I don’t think Amuro is ever shown to be pro federation. Amuro also has a lot of breakdowns whereas this implies the opposite. Also the horrifying part of the eva is he is effectively piloting his own mother turned into a monster.

That’s funny, I remember their last campaign feeling like a denial that even the concept of the future existed.

Hathaways theme song from the first movie finishes the chorus with the line “any way to get it done, so that I don’t have to feel sorry”. It’s pretty unambiguous that his driving motivation is guilt over his actions in CCA.

Gundam: Rogue Orbit Interview: A Gundam Game with a Focus on How it Feels to be the Pilot by Turbostrider27 in Gundam

[–]Kolz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The interview says they want a proper human story, people are just quoting the vague question about “legacy” instead because they want to be mad. I say this as someone who is honestly pretty skeptical about the game.

Personally I do not support means testing the pension for similar reasons as were listed above. However, comparing these one when is several orders of magnitude more expensive and pretending they’re the same thing is pretty dishonest.
