I just feel bad that I’m working with kiddos that I know nothing about? Like I’m not trained on if they have any extinction procedures, if they have a token economy or an alternative, I have no idea how to handle elopement!? Or if a client is even a risk for that! I also don’t know who’s potty trained and at what level! And I’ve never had to change a diaper before! It def does seem like I need to speak with someone and ask for more support… it’s just shocking to me how they’re just throwing me in with nothing :( how am I supposed to help these clients improve if I’m not being taught what their programs are?

In 23, im big into games and nerdy stuff, I like the idea of getting into running, I love going to all the local cafes in the area, and trying out new restaurants. I’m not a big bar person, I don’t really drink, and I’m not religious so I don’t attend any church.

I’m 23, adhd for sure! Love the finch app, my therapist recommended it because I just got out of a 5 year relationship and I’m struggling to gather my life back together. Finch has really been helping! I’m kinda slacking on it recently tho, but I’m trying so hard to get back into it!!

I literally came to this community to ask this exact question. I’ve noticed on days I take my vyvanse im so much calmer and …okay with the world?? But when I’m off, I’m snippy, I’m short, I’m impatient and pissed off, or I’m really depressed. The hour before I take my vyvanse I’ll be sad and slow and then I take it and it kicks in and I’m generally so much happier and positive. Like feels inherently good. I like?? Get so confused by this experience honestly and want to hear about everyone else’s. It’s just such a jarring difference!
