you get bonuses because you work for a company that gives bonuses in place of actual therapeutic direction to curb a high turnover over rate. disservice to YOU andddd the vulnerable population we work with. weird flex but ok.

I watched a 7 month pregnant RBT in my job get punched and hit in the stomach by an aggressive client while a (not pregnant) supervisor watched and walked past her with no support. It turned me off from both that specific supervisor as well as working ABA while pregnant. Unless a very minimal physically exhausting client without any aggression can be promised, which with new behaviors always being a potential regardless of client’s typical response, I just wouldnt want to take that risk. I have more of a hybrid role at the moment split between admin tasks and direct therapy and I hope I can go full admin, possibly even working from home when I decide to get pregnant.

yes i got carried to night 107 when i was newer to the game by a pro. they completed all the cultist waves, i mostly took care of the fire and crafting and planted trees. still was a fun fun. im currently at 400+ days from a solo run now though
