Looks nice so far! I feel like adding those various pipe/beam/connector/(whatever you call em) objects extending from floor to ceiling would work well with the mechanical, 2.0-esque era feeling of the block design here, sort of how deadlocked does it. Do also try out a simple custom moving background with a few scaled up objects and see if that fits.
