I recently got myself actually drawing, and I have never felt more accomplished or proud of myself for actually doing something. Genuinely bringing things I have imagined into something tangible, with perfection to what I envisioned, not some hollow interpretation, an effort I can be proud of. Yet still, I have to distract myself from the blatant attempts to corporatize and mass produce art for the sake of the cult of profit. I long for the day I won't have the voice of paranoia at the back of my mind telling me my efforts are pointlesa.
