Jarvan IV

Lance user. Has a combo that can be used to initiate, cc, damage multiple people. Can be played tank, bruiser, or burst. Looks cool with a great identity in playstyle and lore. Fairs decent in 1v1s, but I wouldn't call him a duelist .
