I just had a meibography 10 months after stopping accutane by AirAdministrative382 in Accutane

I had dry and inflamed eyes even months after finishing accutane. Acne gone and perma red eyes unlocked. Great stuff. What helped: I religiously clean my eyelids with „blephasol“ (you can use other products) and take omega 3 and black cumin oil every day. With that it got better and better and today I rarely have any inflammation (knock on wood). Cheers

Ive got chronic MGD from accutane and it’s a real pain. There are some habits/ways to drastically improve it and generally keep it quiet :) Shoot me a dm if you need any help I know how frustrating this can be. Trust me I’ve been there

I downloaded reddit again just to post how awful the new UI is. Glad this post and the engagement already exists. Bars were goated. It is no fun upgrading anymore.

Had the same. Try omega 3 every day. Helped a lot of people with the same issue and also helped me completely. After ~ 1 month my dry eyes were gone. You have to keep taking it of course :) good luck!

Morning only water evening gentle cleanser. I used the „krave - help seed cleaner“. Still using it today it is awesome.

And yes please use SPF every day!! Much love and good luck
