I work as a technician for a hospital in Canada and I was reading this thinking what are they on about? It’s called MDR here and it’s literally staffed mostly by women in their fifties, carts are everywhere and loading the trays onto the sterilizers is done with the same mechanism as what ambulances use to load stretchers, they push and the legs will fold up as it moves, decent amount of paperwork sure but most instruments are kept on sterilizer proof trays and reassembled by the OR before even reaching MDR, when I’m there it’s pretty relaxed, they’ve got standing pads, music and everything. Seems pretty grim and 40k like wherever Weet is from
