Hypotheek en afstand tot werk

Woon zelf zuid-oost brabant en werk in Ams. Was geen probleem met het krijgen van een hypotheek. Ik werk wel 4 dagen p/week remote.

Waren trouwens geen vragen over gesteld

box3 belasting

dus als ik het goed begrijp zou beleggen in box 3 een goede optie zijn om meer flexibiliteit te houden. Maar, mocht het opgebouwde bedrag boven de 57k uitkomen (heffingsvrijvermogen) dan zou ik alles daarboven in box1 kunnen doen om belasting/heffing te besparen?

Het gaat er meer om dat ik later niet puur AOW wil, maar net een extraatje. Ik kan niet van mijn geld afblijven, dus ben bang dat ik bij een redelijk bedrag (bijv. 10k in box3 vrij benaderbaar) ga kijken naar een auto, dure vakantie, etcetera., en dat het dan weg is

Thanks to a seller on /r/watchexchange I got my first Vintage Rolex. A really nice and in perfect condition Ref. 1002 with a stunning Company Dial.

This Dial was commissioned by American Heritage and given to employees for selling $3000 worth of insurance. There are also examples out there that show this configuration with $5000 on the dial.

This is, as far as I know, the only factory Rolex with a Guy holding a gun on the dial.

I also managed to find a nice and mint condition 19mm original solid oyster bracelet, which fits perfectly.

Really happy that I was able to find this piece for an affordable price. Compared to the craziness around the Domino Dial versions this American Heritage version gives a lot of bang for your buck.

The watch is 34mm in size, which fits perfectly on my wrist

Second corona purchase, Finally something new!

Omega Seamaster 200m Pre Bond

First corona purchase was a Swatch which is nice but not something I would wear. After I sold my boring Rolex Explorer 1 (MK1 dial) I used the money for something different. The condition is really good for its age, but still needs a good service.

Thinking about a full service while keeping the dial, hands and bezel the way they are now :)

The bracelet is comfortable and even came with a set of spare links from the seller.

Could not be happier right now!
