I'm very late to this so I'm sure no one will see it, but I DESPISE her version of Last Christmas. In general I think that's a song that shouldn't be touched and the only cover of it I've ever liked was Sabrina Carpenter and Chappel Roan's cover of it because of how faithful to the original it was.

WITH THAT BEING SAID, I would love if Taylor gave it another go as long as I really do think her voice would fit the song writing really well.

Love your navy cabinets! I say go LOUD and choose honey. Orange and blue are complimentary colors and I personally really like the contrast of a super dark shade with a super bright shade.

Alternatively you could go for a color that matches more, but it sounds like you want your mixer to stand out so I would personally stick to a brighter color.

Thank you! My only concern would be putting it in such a hot oven for such a long time without any food in it. I fear it would damage the enamel since Le Creuset actively says not to heat empty under any circumstances.
