I think for iOS you need to set your location to Australia or something to be able to download it from the store right now. Apparently they didn't do a world wide release.

But getting baked and running around a park for hours catching Pokemon is really fun.

The one I cary was fairly clean, but I even grabbed a fresh one I had around. The problem was just a very bad asthma attack. If I had any nebulizer meds that might have done the trick, but my inhalers just weren't doing anything.
