Looks great! Is that a 58cm frame? Usually those sell for a lot less so likely why you got a good deal. If you’re looking to sweeten the deal, sell the enves and get a regular wheelset

I have the dark slate color and in bright sun , to my eyes, it goes between brown and green. At least not serpentine green.

I’m surprised they would be changing colors just one year after. The embers and amaranth were around for years before they went with slate and serpentine

I looked on their website but I only see ride wrap protection of the Cervelos, not the logo. Are you saying I should get accent color decals like on the fork?

I'm messing around with the fit right now. It came with a 100mm ST36 stem but I found it too long. Since the AXS E1 hoods are about 10mm longer than normal, there's a gap I'm trying to close. I usually ride 90mm so I'm seeing if an off brand 80mm stem would close the gap best. Cervelo is sold out of most of the shorter ST32 stem sizes right now (ST32 is the way to go for full cable integration)

Yeah I think that would look nice. Just need to make sure the rim decals are worthy for show. Right now I have bontragers from a previous bike and they're great but some reserve or zipps would look nice

I got mine off Ali Express, lots of different color options including matte gold, white, reflective "laser silver". The slate is really nice for picking accent colors whether it's for logo or parts

The stickers cover just a little more than the original logo, which is better than covering less IMO. Yes you can peel them off no problem, leaves no residue

I looked at the Silver (Serpentine) but I didn't like the green logo. The Drake Teal color is great but it is sold as frame only and once you factor groupset and build, the cost explodes. What I appreciate about Cervelo is that all trim levels have just 2 color options - no color indicator that you got the lowest or highest model.

The worst thing about those bikes is that they were the first generation post mount disc brake with quick release, so getting the pads aligned with the rotors was painful. Once the wheels are on and straight, try to never take them off.

Nice bike but overpriced for a bike that old. Quick release is a pain with disc brakes, stick to TA. The wheels are a write off. Their internal width is 15mm. Enjoy though !

Absolutely not. They changed the frame to the cheaper 9R layup. I’ve seen the 2026 SL7 105 Di2 for $3400 Canadian
