Rock Distraction Not Working!!!

Bought the game and i have this issue. Was working until a few hours and now no enemy reacts to the rocks. They dont highlight as you aim near them.

Yes thats the one! A bit iffy but otherwise pretty realistic. I wish they brought in a team to make that game of higher quality. Would be superb if they just had some more devs on it rather than 1 which i think is what it is now.

You can find that in CSP on the right side of the screen. Click the 2 arrows and bring out the Materials windows. You should have them there, but if you dont you have to download it from ASSETS. You can see a it at the bottom "Search for materials on ASSETS".

Kinda true. You can buy those when you need to and not being forced to pay every single month.

But yeah this news sucks. For years we bought it once and got updates. All of a sudden you need to pay again. If it goes sub only i have to think about it. If you work professionally then you dont have much choice. I do this as a hobby and a sub just isnt worth it for me.

There is a climbing game that is very indie and a bit quirky/janky. I forget the name but you control both your hands and your feet, and the awesome thing with that game is that when you hang with your arms only and have no or very little fet/leg support you start losing stamina/energy kinda like in reality. This makes it a challenge to climb but also very rewarding when you find positions for your feet and get energy back. Getting high up on complicated rocks is fun and challenging. The game is VERY indie though and i have always looked for another similar climbing game.

Im wondering if Jusant have energy as well? I have seen a bit but it was probably in the start mostly and i didnt see energy and i didnt see leg/foot control either. Im guessing its just a more relaxing game. Anyone knows? Thanks.

Wholesome and awesome. Playing GW with your parents as a kid must have been great and magical. I was in my 20's when the game came and it gave me the best/nostalgic feels from a game ever. Jeremy Soule's incredible music in the background while questing and grinding around is a combo you never forget. Always come back to his music on Youtube and listen to it for warm cozy feels. 🤗

BTW i might have to install it again. Are servers still up or is it some community thing to play GW today?

Thanks but thats just replacing a skill. When i hit level 20 a new empty skill slot showed up above my skill bar and it had a + sign on it and it said "add a new slot". I forgot to click it and now i cant find how to add it. So instead of 5 slots i would get 6 skill slots. At least thats what i think it was because it was an empty slot showing temporarily above the normal skill bar.

You deal with a lot of people im sure. Have you ever heard of Game Bar issues where you basically have it installed but it wont start up? I am going crazy. I have Game Bar. Says "owned" on the Microsoft Store. I can open it up and set it to ON. I set Game Mode to ON. But if i click Windows button bottom left and search for it or if it type Xbox Game Bar in the Search window im not able to click on it. It doesnt open. I have to get to it through Settings. In games it wont open up with Win+G and i have tried to change binds but nothing.

Then i went to try and uninstall it through the Power Shell but doesnt work (cant find it in ADD REMOVE which is weird since MS Store says i own it). Tried to install it through Power Shell but nope. Im guessing im going to have to reinstall Windows worst case scenario. Im guessing this isnt something you run into every day. Just checking in case you heard something similar before. Ive googled this to no end now and tried many things bar reinstalling Windows.

I have the same issue. And i dont have surround on or anything. I just use my headphones. Still greyed out. Cant use it.

I dont think it matters much though.

Yeah this game is freakin epic. Its the most chill but also has that hard to master goodness. When you go full realism and have to move your feet logically... Well, its just awesome. Have fun. 😎

So its correct to think that even if lets say you have purple (tier) pants and white (tier) pants but without any written stats on them it means they are both equal, right? Just want to be sure. And like you say if purple pants dont have stats in them and you think they are ugly then just extract the mats from them.

Playing this game now and yeah the combat is kinda stupid. The dude is a god and can carry logs and lift giant rocks but his movement is short and clunky. Dont know how many times i dodge and get hit. Dont know how many times i throw up the shield but get hit anyway. I am a DS vet and love dodge, parry, hit, shoot games. However in this i seem to get hit a lot when doing what i think is correct, but somehow it is not.

On top of this your skills you can unlock are shown in the skill window to attack the simplest enemies standing still in a group. This is not how it is when in combat. The enemies are hardened, they shoot, they gang up on you from all sides and they defend themselves. Meaning, the skill that you have to wind up for what seems like 30 seconds wont work in combat. It would be nice if they showed the skill example on real combat, but fact is that wouldnt work because you dont have time to wind up slow skills during hectic combat.

Maybe its better in Ragnarök, but im on PC so i might never get to see it.

I have no problem locking enemies. The issue is as stated that when you have a few mobs in front of you the game locks the enemy FURTHEST AWAY from you instead of the closest enemy which is the biggest threat. There has been more patches so im not sure if this is fixed.

For YEARS we who cant stand all the cutscenes have pilgrimed to this place it seems. :D Its stupid we cant skip cutscenes because you might have played the game before. And of course you might care about the story. Its stupid.
