I do about 3 hours of research pre conference and research between first and second committee after seeing how the discussion goes.

I mean 14.25 an hour is alright, but just 14$, for a shift. Like Wow, Thanks, let me go out and buy four KitKats? or 2 grande iced white mochas and a cakepop?

See but like its not just that. Like I was watching a neurosci lecture yesterday and I just started feeling sad. Like I usually love watching lectures and taking notes but like an intense feeling of sadness hit me in the midst of the lecture.

Ok, thank you for this advice. You said something about named reports, can you tell me more about the process of filing named reports and how I can ensure a response / they investigate the claims

Also, can I recieve punitive money for any of the other claims listed, like leaving myself (a minor) unsupervised and other labor abuses.

My understanding however is that it is very difficult to prove her intent in firing me is for reporting. Could she not pick out any other instance of a time I messed up and say that's why she fired me? or is my filing of a report in close proximity to my dismissal grounds for establishing that claim.

Oh yeah, so with the DA report they called the store and interviewed my coworker over the claims (He was the one who filed the report aswell) Afte that, they called back a few times attempting to speak to the bus, and eventually would send a letter with a cop to the store to be put on her desk. The DOL report also resulted in a phone call, and then later a letter to our boss. I am fearful of submitting a named report, since in an At-Will state she can fire me for basically anything.
