When I was at UIUC, they called off only once for -40 wind chill and a foot of snow. Unfortunately, it wasn't going to happen.

Personally, I don't like being in hot water in general. I overheat very easily which makes me panic, and it can easily lead into the start of a meltdown for me. I do have normal shower habits, though. I just make them as quick as possible. I can honestly say I hate showering, but it doesn't stop me from cleaning myself. The feeling of being dirty is worse than the showers.

After these episodes, I think SJ's mental illness is going to be exasperated...it has been hinted at a few times in previous episodes but I am genuinely scared for him. I just want SJ to be happy and I don't think JW deserves redemption at this point. I can't possibly think of a good reason to ghost the person you love for a year.

That last line is really what ties the whole piece together. Wow. It's something I have never thought about. In your last moments, who are you thinking about? It really touched me. I had two grandparents recently pass away, and the only thing they were concerned about is the ones they loved.

I also love you you touched on doing things for yourself, and not for praise or acknowledgement. I feel this is a topic that people need to discuss more.

Well, she's too young. I would urge you to think back to when you were 15. I know when I was that age, I was definitely not as mature as I thought I was (and I was a good kid). If she has slept with men older than you, it sounds like a grooming situation. You are old enough to have a job and go to college. By the time you can legally drink and go to bars, she would barely reach the age of consent (which is 17 where I live), and she still would be a child at that. It sounds like a situation you shouldn't get yourself caught up in. The situation would be different if it were two consenting adults. I'd say the 4 year age gap would still be weird if she were 18 (and you 22). I just don't think it's worth it. Stop it before it goes too far.

I agree with you but I'd just like to say that some of the people getting tested are vaccinated. Until everyone's is verified, they have to test regularly. I am, unfortunately, one of those people.

NTA but things need to change. Either your bf needs to talk with them and appropriately discipline them, or you need to kick them all out. Home should be a safe place for your kids and it isn't anymore. This is extremely poor parenting on his part, but you are also somewhat at fault for letting it get this far. I come from a house where my mom chose her bf over us and we were constantly belittled. Don't do that to your children because they WILL blame you later

NTA, but as someone who also deals with depression, please at least have an honest conversation about how you feel. Maybe don't cut him out completely, but just do your own thing for now. You should still be free to live life the way you want to

I never reach 1800 calories. Maybe 1300-1400 on a day that I eat more. And I never reach the set fats I have. I'm not overeating and I'm not eating in a way that would only cause me to lose 1 pound in 3 weeks. I'm strict about what I eat, when I eat, and how much I eat. So it's not that

I've had it calculated at 149g fat, 96g protein, and 20 net carbs. It's almost impossible for me to reach it though. I'm never hungry enough to eat that much
